The Challenge
Traditional IT firms alienate scaling business owners with cold, overly technical jargon. Jack-IT Consulting, a female-founded Managed Intelligence Provider (MIP), needed a digital footprint that matched their human-centric approach to CRM implementation and workflow automation. The goal was to translate high-level tech systems into an empathetic visual narrative and introduce their leadership team to lower the barrier of entry for tech-shy founders.
The Strategy
We rejected artificial studio sets and executed a high-efficiency, 1-Day Content Intensive at Workscapes in Fort Myers, FL. This hyper-local setting highlighted Jack-IT’s deep community roots while providing two distinct visual backdrops: the open lounge for collaborative team dynamics and the quiet workspace for authoritative thought leadership.
Creative Execution & Deliverables
By designing a strict "batch and pivot" production schedule, we captured an entire launch portfolio and months of evergreen assets in a single 8-hour sprint.
• 2 Brand Anchor Videos: One horizontal film optimized for website headers and LinkedIn, and one vertical cut designed for social media launch campaigns.
• 5 Expert-Series Reels: Focused, straight-to-camera educational videos featuring individual team members breaking down complex workflows.
• 26 Professional Team Portraits: Approachable, modern lifestyle headshots for each team member to refresh web and directory touchpoints.
• 36 Bespoke B-Roll Clips: A rich, evergreen library of aesthetic tech and lifestyle footage for sustainable text-overlay content.
The Results
The Human Intelligence Campaign successfully subverted the sterile corporate IT narrative, replacing it with an approachable, high-integrity brand persona. By consolidating production into a single local day, the client received immediate multi-channel launch materials alongside a sustainable, long-term asset vault for future digital campaigns.
